Police are investigating a fatal crash in Bearii, near Cobram this evening.
It is believed a vehicle has left Sharps Lane about 8pm and struck a tree.
The yet to be identified driver and only occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined at this stage.
