A man has died following a traffic crash on the New England Highway at The Glen yesterday, May 24.
Initial inquiries indicate shortly before 5pm a truck was travelling northbound in convoy with two other trucks when it collided with a trailer of another vehicle. The truck then lost control, left the roadway, and crashed into a tree.
A man in his 30s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were not physically injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
