Emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle crash in Seville East on 1 October.
A yet to be formally identified person was located deceased on Warburton Highway about 8.30pm. A damaged vehicle was located nearby.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined at this stage.
