A 45-year-old has died following a single vehicle crash at Mount Maria overnight.
Around 8am this morning, a member of the community alerted emergency services to a black dual cab ute in bushland off Tableland Road.
Preliminary investigations suggest the crash occurred around 1am this morning when the ute was travelling south, left the road and crashed into a tree.
The Drinan man died at the scene.
Crash investigators are now working to establish the circumstances of the crash.
