Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash - Oxley Vale

A man has died following a single vehicle crash in the state's west.

Just after 3pm today (Friday 24 July 2026), emergency services were called to Manilla Road, Oxley Vale, following reports of a crash.

Officers attached to Oxley Police District attended and found a ute had left the roadway and crashed into a tree, trapping the driver and a dog.

The driver died at the scene and is yet to be identified.

The dog was freed was from vehicle and has since been taken to the vet for treatment.

A crime scene has been established and investigations have commenced into the circumstances of the crash.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
