Police are responding to serious crash – South Bruny

Around 8.20pm last night emergency services attended a single vehicle crash on Cloudy Bay Road at South Bruny.

The driver of a red Toyota Hilux lost control of the vehicle and collided with a power pole and a tree.

Emergency Services attended the scene and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was deployed. The driver was transported to the RHH where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are continuing.

Tasmania Police would like to thank the members of the public, SES and TFS for their assistance at the scene.
