A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman at Crafers West this afternoon.
Police will allege about 1.45pm on Friday 1 April, patrols were called to home on Charlick Road, Crafers West to check on the welfare of the occupants.
Police arrived and located a 62-year-old woman deceased in a rear shed.
Major Crime Investigators and Forensic Investigators attended at the scene to assist in the investigation.
Following investigations a 36-year-old man from Crafers West was arrested at the scene.
The two parties are known to each other and this was not a random incident.
The man has been refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday 4 April.
