Police have arrested three men over an alleged stabbing in Sydney's south-west today.
About 8.45am today (Friday 8 August 2025), police were called to a hospital in Campsie after a man and a female presented with multiple stab wounds to his head.
On arrival, officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were told about 8.40am on the same day, the 34-year-old man was assaulted by three men – believed to be known to him – before he was stabbed in a laneway on Amy Street, Campsie. The 34-year-old male and his female companion left on a motorcycle and attended the hospital a short time later.
The man remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Following inquiries, about 9.50am today, police arrested three men – aged 42, 44 and 45 – on Beamish Street, Campsie.
They were taken to Campsie Police Station.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident has commenced.
