Three teens have been arrested after a pursuit through Sydney's north-west overnight.

About 9.45pm (Wednesday 15 April 2020), an off-duty police officer saw a Toyota Camry travelling on Griffith Street, Blacktown which he recognised as being stolen from Pendle Hill on Saturday 11 April 2020. The vehicle had also been involved in a pursuit with police on Tuesday 14 April 2020.

Polair continued to follow the car to the end of Endeavour Street, Seven Hills, where the four occupants abandoned the vehicle and ran into parkland.

A perimeter was established and, with the assistance of the Police Dog Unit, three people were arrested.

Two boys, aged 15 and 17, and an 18-year-old man, have been taken to Blacktown Police Station.

The car has been seized for forensic examination.

The injured officer was taken to Blacktown Hospital suffering injuries to his forearm and grazes. He remains in a stable condition.
