Police arrest three men after stabbing - Woodcroft

Three men have been arrested after a stabbing in Sydney's west today.

Just after 12pm (23 February 2021), emergency services were called to Jindabyne Court, Woodcroft following reports a 26-year-old man had been stabbed in the head with a screwdriver.

Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

The man was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital. He remains in a critical condition.

Following inquiries, about 1:20pm today (Tuesday 23 February 2021) three men – aged 21, 24 and 25 – were arrested in Lalor Park. They were taken to Mt Druitt Police Station where they are assisting police with inquiries.

The men are known to each other.

Investigations are continuing.
