Police Arrest Two Over Car Fire - Warwick Farm

Two men are in police custody as an investigation is underway over a car fire in Sydney's south west overnight.

About 12.10am today (Thursday 6 November 2025), emergency services were called to a hotel on Homepride Avenue, Warwick Farm, following reports of a car fire.

On arrival, officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command located a Ute well alight in the carpark of the hotel.

Fire and Rescue NSW attended the scene and the blaze was extinguished.

There were no injuries reported due to the incident.

The vehicle was seized to be forensically examined.

Following inquiries, about 1am on the same day, police arrested two men – aged 37 and 29 – on Bauer Road, Cabramatta.

They were both taken to Cabramatta Police Station for further inquiries.

Inquiries continue.
