Police car damaged by stolen car

Five offenders are on the run after they crashed past a police car in a stolen car in Northcote this morning., Victoria Police say

Police were called to Frank Ford Court following reports of youths causing trouble just before 5.30am.

When police arrived the stolen car damaged the police car’s front bumper and light as it drove past them to get out of the court.

Police came across the stolen car a short distance away, near the intersection of Frederick and Mitchell streets, crashed into a pole.

Three males and two females ran from the car and are yet to be found.
