Police Charge Man After Burglary At Exton

A man has been charged following a recent burglary at a commercial property in Exton.

Police were called after offenders reportedly entered the business sometime between Friday 28 August and Monday 31 August, damaging locks and stealing equipment including a defibrillator.

Investigators have since recovered stolen property.

A 27-year-old man was this morning arrested and has been charged with burglary, stealing and driving offences.

He will appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court on 11 November.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
