Homicide Squad detectives have today charged a man in relation to the death of Vicki Ramadan in Sydenham in April.
The 77-year-old was located deceased inside her Marlborough Way property on 6 April, 2019.
A 39-year-old Wallan man was arrested by police this morning.
He has subsequently been charged with one count of murder and will face Melbourne Magistrates' Court shortly.
