The 38-year-old Kalkallo man has been charged with a number of offences including aggravated carjacking, robbery and threatening to inflict serious injury.

He's been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court later today.

The 31-year-old Kalkallo woman was charged with unrelated offences including theft, handling stolen goods and obtaining property by deception.

She's been bailed to appear at Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court on 9 August 2023.
