Police Charge Man After Pursuit - Quakers Hill

A man will face court after a pursuit in Sydney north west over the weekend.

Shortly before 11pm Saturday (29 November 2025), officers from the North West Metropolitan Region attempted to stop a black, Audi sedan on Quakers Hill Parkway, Nirimba Fields in relation to its alleged manner of driving.

When the vehicle was followed into Pacific Road it will be alleged the vehicle stopped and then reversed towards a police vehicle causing officers to take evasive action to avoid being hit.

The Audi has then driven from the location at high speed where a pursuit was initiated.

Whilst travelling south along Quakers Hill Parkway, Quakers Hill, the Audi has allegedly side swiped a blue Hyundai I30 and then collided with a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The Audi has then crashed into a tree before flipping onto its offside.

Police will further allege the 20-year-old male driver ran from the scene before he was arrested a short time later in the front yard of a house.

Located in the mans possessions was an amount of cash and a wrist watch which police will allege are the proceeds of crime.

Inquires also established the man was the holder of a current learners licence.

Police will allege that the man was not being supervised by a qualified driver nor were L plates displayed on the vehicle.

The Colebee man was taken to Westmead Hospital as a precaution where he was held under police guard.
