A man has been charged after an alleged stabbing in the state's central west earlier this month.
About 2.45am Sunday 2 November 2025, emergency services were called to Lords Place, Orange, following reports a man had been stabbed.
Officers from Central West Police District arrived and found a 20-year-old man with a slash wound to his left wrist. The man was taken to Orange Hospital for treatment.
A knife was located in a nearby garden bed and seized for forensic analysis.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, about 10am today (Friday 21 November 2025) police arrested a 24-year-old man at Orange Police Station. He was charged with reckless wounding, and was refused bail to appear before Orange Local Court on Thursday 27 November 2025.
