A man wanted on an outstanding warrant has been arrested and charged.
The 28-year-old man was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for domestic violence and robbery-related offences.
Following extensive inquiries, officers from Auburn Police Area Command sought assistance from the media and public to locate the man.
About 9.10pm yesterday (Thursday 18 March 2021), South West Region DV Team located the man at Macarthur Road, Fairfield.
He was arrested and taken to Fairfield Police Station, where he was charged with an outstanding warrant.
The man was refused bail to appear before Fairfield Local Court today (Friday 19 March 2021
