Police charge man with three counts of aggravated robbery, South Australia

A 27-year-old man is expected to appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court today charged with three counts of aggravated robbery.

The man, of no fixed place of abode, was arrested by members of the SA Police Serious Crime Task Force following an investigation.

He has been charged the aggravated robbery of three premises – the Sussex Hotel at Walkerville on 4 August, the New Whyalla Hotel at Whyalla Playford on 8 August and Roopena Football Club at Whyalla Norrie on 18 August.

Police bail was refused.
