The Werribee boy has been remanded in custody, and the Tarneit boy was bailed, and both are due to appear at a court at a later date.

Investigators are also seeking to identify another male who is believed can assist with enquiries.

The male is perceived to be African in appearance, aged in his teens, with shoulder length dark brown or black hair. He was wearing a brown hooded puffer jacket, black adidas tracksuit pants and had a black face mask on.
