Police concerned for missing man at Cairns

Police are seeking assistance from the community to locate a 52-year-old Brisbane man who was last seen in the Cairns area on Wednesday.

Anthony Brady (pictured) arrived in Cairns on Monday for business purposes and was due to return to Brisbane on Thursday afternoon.

Concerns were raised when he did not return to Brisbane and he was subsequently reported missing.

Detectives hold serious concerns for his welfare and are appealing for information in relation to his whereabouts.

Anthony is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with a fair complexion. He has an average build with greying dark hair.

Anthony was last seen leaving his Esplanade accommodation late on Wednesday evening.
