Police concerned for woman missing from Moree

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing in the state's north.

Jispreet 'Jess' Singh, aged 35, was last seen leaving work at a business on Balo Street, Moree, about 10.30pm on Wednesday (14 April 2021).

When she couldn't be contacted the following day, officers from New England Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Jispreet is described as being of Indian/Sub-continental appearance, about 160cm to 165cm tall, of medium build, with long dark hair, brown eyes and a wrist tattoo.

She was last seen wearing blue denim jeans and a black top.

Jispreet is believed to be travelling to the Sydney area in a 2008 white Holden Commodore with NSW registration AGF-03M.

Police are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
