Police continue investigations into club robbery - Cringila

Police continue their investigations into a robbery that occurred at a club in Cringila earlier this year.

About 8.15am on Monday 18 March 2019, two men entered a club on Lake Avenue, Cringila and headed towards a hall in the premises where they play Bingo.

The two men have approached a 61-year-old man and demanded he open the safe – which he complied.

The men placed the money into a backpack and left the scene.

No weapons were produced during the robbery, and the two men were seen getting into a silver Holden Commodore that was last seen turning right into Barry Street.

One of the men has been described as being about 6ft tall with a solid build (80-100kg) and being aged between 30 and 35. At the time of the robbery he had his face covered with a ski mask and was wearing black shoes with a black hooded jumper and gloves.

The second man was also wearing a ski mask covering his face, he has a slim build and also aged between 30 and 25. He was wearing black shoes with white socks and black pants with a black hooded jumper.
