Police continue to search for red hot wheels

Prahran police have released CCTV images after a rare 1983 Holden Commodore SS worth more than $40,000 was stolen in South Yarra earlier this month, Victoria Police say.

Police have been told the car was parked at a secure car park on Daly Street between 9am on 27 April and 10pm on 6 May.

It is believed two unknown offenders gained access to the car park and stole the red1983 Holden Commodore SS Marello, four- speed manual.

Investigators have reviewed CCTV and released images of two men that may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Images of the stolen Commodore have also been released in the hope someone may recognise it.

Detectives urge anyone who sees the distinctive vehicle or anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
