The Northern Territory Police Force is calling for information in relation to an armed person incident that occurred in Alice Springs yesterday evening.
Around 7:50pm, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received a report that two male youths had attended a residence on Bokhara Street and threatened the female occupant.
It is alleged one of the offenders was armed with an edged weapon and demanded the victim hand over her car keys. The victim quickly retreated inside the residence and called police, with both youths fleeing on foot.
The offenders remain outstanding at this time and investigations are ongoing.
