Police hunt for beaut ute stolen from Officer

Cardinia Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance to locate a specially modified racing utility stolen from Officer early yesterday morning, Victoria Police say.

The theft occurred yesterday morning when thieves broke into a shed on a property on Armitage Road between 5.30 – 8.40am.

The $100,000 white Holden VE SS utility, registered AAJ 141, was sitting on a car trailer inside the shed.

The ute was pushed off the trailer and driven from the property.

The vehicle, which has been modified for quarter mile drag racing, was later seen being driven erratically in Tullamarine and Beaconsfield.
