Police are investigating after a number of shots were fired at a house in a Narre Warren South street just after midnight, Victoria Police say.
The incident happened on Berwick Springs Promenade at 12.30am on Saturday 30 June.
Police attended at the location and found one bullet had penetrated the front of the house while a second bullet damaged a car parked near the nature strip.
Two adults and two children, in the house at the time of the shooting, were not injured.
Investigators are trying to determine if the shots were fired from a car or by someone on foot.
