Police investigate armed robbery at Clontarf

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store in Clontarf this afternoon.

At around 12:30pm a man entered the business on Maine Road, armed with a knife.

He demanded money from a staff member, who complied with the man's demands.

No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery.

Police are seeking assistance to identify the male offender and urge anyone with information to contact police.
