Police investigate Bacchus Marsh deception

Bacchus Marsh police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man and a woman following a deception at a local store last month, Victoria Police say.

The incident happened at a farm supply business on Main Street when a man purchased animal drench valued at $2,500 on 19 October around 3pm.

The man purchased the drench using a credit card which was later declined due to the card’s owner not authorising its use.

Police have been told the man loaded the drench into a car driven by a woman who also attended at the store.

Investigators have released images of a man and a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone who has information is urged to Crime Stoppers.
