Police investigate Berwick burglary

Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary which occurred in Berwick in April.

It is believed two unknown men entered a kiosk within an O'Shea Road shopping complex about 7.10pm on 20 April.

They jumped the counter and attempted to open locked shelves before being disrupted by security and fleeing on foot empty handed

Investigators have released images of two men they believe can assist with their enquiries.

Both males are perceived to be Pacific Islander or Maori in appearance, aged in their late teens to early 20s and both approximately 180cm tall with solid builds.

One was wearing a black jacket and black tracksuit with a white stripe down the legs, a black cap and had a bum bag.

The second male was wearing a dark purple/brown top and black tracksuit pants with white stripes down the legs.
