Police investigate Dandenong burglary

Police are appealing for information following a burglary and short pursuit in Dandenong earlier this month, Victoria Police say.

Investigators have been told two unknown males gained entry to a factory on Hammond Road about 2am on 5 March.

While there, they stole seven televisions and a jet ski before fleeing the scene.

It is believed the men were travelling in a silver single cab tray ute, similar to a Nissan Patrol, which was observed by police heading north on Hammond Road.

Police attempted to intercept the vehicle before it sped away.

A pursuit was initiated and quickly terminated for safety reasons.

The vehicle was last seen heading west on Greens Road and no arrests have yet been made.

Police have released images of a vehicle in the hope someone may be able to provide information on the driver’s identity.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
