Police are currently on scene investigating a fatal collision near Mount Richmond this afternoon, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services were called to Portland-Nelson Road after a truck and car collided near Telegraph Track just before 3pm.
The female driver of the car died at the scene.
She is yet to be formally identified.
Her male passenger has been airlifted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The male truck driver received non-life threatening injuries and was taken by road ambulance to hospital.
Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and are keen to speak to any witnesses.
