Tasmania Police is investigating a fire at a vacant property at 3/24 Cupania Street, Rocherlea early this morning, Tasmania Police say.
Tasmania Fire Service and Tasmania Police attended a small fire in the eaves of the property at around 1.30am. The fire was quickly extinguished with the unoccupied property receiving only minor damage. No-one was injured in the fire.
The property has been vacant since a previous fire in August.
Launceston Uniform, CIB, Fire Investigators and Forensic Officers attended the scene.
Police would like to speak to two youths who were seen running from the rear of the property in vacant land shortly after the fire.
