Police investigate indecent assault in Bundoora

Police are seeking public assistance following an indecent assault at a shopping centre in Bundoora last month., Victoria Police say

Investigators have been told the victim entered the men’s toilet in the Plenty Road centre when he was approached by another man who was inside just before 3pm on Monday 29 August.

The man engaged the victim in conversation before beginning to massage his shoulders and indecently assaulting him.

The victim pushed the offenders hand away before the offender left the toilet.

The victim, a 31-year-old from South Morang, was not injured.

Detectives from Epping Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Unit are investigating and have released CCTV and images of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the matter.

The man is described to be of Middle Eastern appearance, early to mid 40s, medium build, tanned completion with short, dark hair.

He was wearing a dark jacket, dark t-shit with a distinctive print on the front and dark pants.
