Police investigate lion man burglary

Yarra Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for information following a burglary on Down Street, Collingwood on 22 April, Victoria Police say.

Investigators have been told a hungry Lion man and his accomplice have gained entrance to the business about 3.10am

They stole a number of items including an Apple I phone 8, 4x Microsoft surface pro computers, GHD Hair Iron, canon Camera and chocolates.

Offender one is perceived Caucasian, a Lion, with a black wig.

Offender two is Caucasian, wearing a black jacket with ‘Uber’ on the back, grey jeans and blue shoes.

Police have released images of the Lion man and the second man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone with information or who recognises the man is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
