Police are currently at the scene of a single-vehicle crash in Maldon, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the vehicle was travelling along Maldon-Bendigo Road when it veered off-road and rolled a number of times about 5.45pm.
The cause of the crash is yet to be determined.
The male driver and single occupant, believed to be aged in his mid-20s, was trapped for some time before being taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Roads in the area have been reopened.
