Police investigate nunawading aggravated burglary

Detectives from Box Hill Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for public assistance to help solve an aggravated burglary which occurred in Nunawading last month.

Investigators have been told a man entered a home on Springvale Road about 11.40pm on Monday 15 January by forcing open a kitchen window.

The man made his way upstairs but was confronted by a resident.

The offender then ran from the property and was last seen running north along Springvale Road.

He is perceived to be Caucasian, approximately 183cm tall, solid build with medium-length curly brown hair, blue eyes and was only wearing a pair of shorts.

Investigators have released a computer-generated image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
