Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a firearms incident which occurred at Port Melbourne earlier this morning, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services were called to Beacon Vista after a number of shots were fired into a residential house about 4.50am
Police believe the shots were fired from a car driving past the address.
Occupants in the house were not injured.
