Police investigate suspicious behaviour atSt Kilda, South Australia

Police are calling for any witnesses who may be able to help an investigation into suspicious behaviour at a children's playground.

Police are investigating a report that an unknown man approached a child at the St Kilda playground about 5pm on Monday 30 September. The child immediately reported the encounter to his parents, who subsequently reported the incident to police.

The child was not harmed in any way.

The man is described as tall, with blonde or fair hair.

Northern District CIB detectives are investigating and ask anyone who was at the St Kilda playground between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Monday to come forward. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au

Detectives are particularly interested if anyone took any photos or vision while at the playground, or has any dashcam vision from the area that may assist. Vision can be provided to police via uWitnessIt.

Anyone who has experience similar incidents of this nature is encouraged to report it to police.
