Police are investigating a suspicious death of a man in Howrah yesterday. Police and emergency services were called to a residence in Allumba St, Howrah, about 3pm yesterday following a report of a sudden death of a 74 year old Howrah man. Upon police arrival, a man was located deceased with a wound to his chest. A 38 year old Howrah man was taken into custody at the scene and is assisting police with their investigation regarding the circumstances of the man's death. Police including officers from CIB, Forensics and Uniform attended the scene and are conducting examinations.
