Police are investigating a suspicious house fire in Sydney's north-west overnight.
About 10pm (Tuesday 17 August 2021), emergency services were called to Carlingford Road, Epping, following reports of a fire.
Officers from Ryde Police Area Command and Fire and Rescue NSW attended and found a unit at the rear of a house well alight.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze.
A crime scene has been established, and police are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire, which is being treated as suspicious.
