Police investigate use of stolen cards in Yarraville

Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to after stolen credit cards were used in Yarraville earlier this month, Victoria Police say.

The cards were stolen from a vehicle parked on Tennyson Street in Seddon on 12 September.

They were then used in the early hours of the morning on 13 September at a service station on Hyde Street, Yarraville and a convenience store on Somerville Road, Yarraville.

Later that day a stolen JB Hifi gift card was used at a store in Melbourne to purchase a lap top.

Detectives from Maribyrnong Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the theft and have released images of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the matter.

Investigators are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
