An investigation is underway following the fatal stabbing of a man in Cartwright overnight.
Emergency services were called to a laneway Willan Drive, Cartwright, just before 10pm (Wednesday 25 September 2019), following reports a man had been stabbed.
On arrival officers located a man, believed to be aged in his 40s, suffering a stab wound.
He was treated at the scene but died on the way to Liverpool Hospital.
A crime scene has been established in Willan Drive and officers from Liverpool Police Area Command have commenced inquiries.
