Police Investigating After Man Shot At Guildford

A crime scene has been established and investigation commenced after a man was shot inside a home in Guildford.

Emergency services were called to the home on Randolph Street about 7.40pm (Saturday 29 August 2026) and found a 28-year-old man suffering a gunshot wound to his back.

Officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command have been told a number of men entered the home and allegedly shot the man, before they left in a white SUV.

The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before he was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
