Police investigating after stabbing, car theft - Rosemeadow

Police have commenced inquiries following a stabbing and vehicle theft at Rosemeadow overnight.

About 3.45am (Saturday 26 December 2020), emergency services were called to Desdemona Street at Rosemeadow where they found a man with stab wounds to his leg.

The 45-year-old was taken to Liverpool Hospital for treatment.

Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended and were told the man's vehicle had been stolen after the stabbing.

An investigation into the incident is underway.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for public assistance to locate the man's vehicle, a white Holden utility with NSW registration DYM 48F.
