Police are investigating after cash was stolen during a robbery at Mawson Lakes on Saturday evening.
At 7pm Saturday 27 December, police responded to a restaurant on Light Common following reports that a person armed with a knife had entered the premises, threatened staff and fled the scene on foot with cash from the till.
Two employees present in the store at the time of the incident were not physically injured.
Multiple patrols searched the area for the suspect who was not located.
Crime scene investigators attended to examine the scene and Northern District detectives are investigating.
