Police are investigating the wounding of a 29-year-old man at Upper Coomera this morning, 15 July.
Around 3.45am, two unknown people forced entry to a home on Baileys Mountain Road and assaulted the male resident.
The man sustained significant wounds to his arm and was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital by a person known to him.
He remains in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene has been declared at the residence and investigations
