Police launch investigation into vehicle thefts, pursuit - Hills

Police are investigating the theft of three vehicles, following a pursuit in Sydney's north west overnight.

About 1.45am today (Monday 17 October 2022), police attempted to stop a white Jaguar and a grey BMW travelling westbound along Pennant Hills Road, Pennant Hills.

When the vehicles failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated.

The pursuit continued along Pennants Hills Road before it was terminated on the M2, Kings Langley, due to the manner of driving.

The Jaguar was located abandoned on Sedgemen Crescent, Shalvey and the Dodge on Ulundri Drive, Castle Hill. Both vehicles have been seized for forensic examination.

The BMW, which was reported stolen from a house in West Pennant Hills overnight, has not yet been recovered.

Investigations are ongoing by detectives from The Hills Police Area Command, with assistance from North West Metropolitan Region resources.
