Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man in relation to the fatal shooting of a man in Strathtulloh on 5 March.
Police were called to reports of a man with critical injuries in the street the intersection of Snipe Drive and Spadefoot Place about 12.40am.
Emergency services worked on the 36-year-old man, but he died at the scene.
A 31-year-old Werribee man was arrested this evening in Skye and has been interviewed by Homicide Squad detectives.
He has been charged with one count of murder and remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 9 March.
