A man reported missing from the Sutherland Shire area has been located safe and well.
An 83-year-old man was reported missing after he was last seen on Kingsgrove Road, Kingsgrove, about 8am yesterday (Friday 15 September 2023).
When he could not be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command, who commence inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, including a geo-targeted message appeal, the man was located safe and well in Batemans Bay this morning (Saturday 16 September 2023).
